You can expect your order usually within 7-15 working days for orders placed within EU.

Orders within the US will usually be delivred within 4-8 working days after receiving your order confirmation

Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are usually not made on Sundays and other public holidays. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

After we receive your order, we process it further. The related product goes through all the necessary quality checks. Once the quality of the product is assured by us we allow it for its packaging and it is further shipped to the respective address for delivery. During this process we update your account with the status of the product so that you know when to receive your product.

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.

If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there.

Payments are taken when your order has been dispatched (when your invoice is generated) in and it is confirmed your order has been placed. When this is shown as being debited from your card or account, is dependent on your bank.
